2013 SE engine not turning over + trans fault message

I own a 2013 focus se. Last week my car decided not to turn on. I could turn the key over and over, all the lights/radio/ect worked but the engine would not turn over. My battery is still good showing 12.4v. Randomly it would work and turn on but mostly not.
My dad then cleaned the battery connections and replaced the starter with a brand new one. It was turning on fine… until it didn’t. I waited like a half hour and it turned right on. But on the way home the message “transmission fault service now” popped up. The car is now starting right away but the message is popping up every time.
Any idea what could possibly be going on?

12.4 voltage at rest is at lower limit, the true test is to check voltage while cranking, 11 volts is usually the limit. Make sure the battery monitor system (BMS) is properly reset after any battery disconnection or removal, otherwise the system will not charge battery properly, these cars are sensitive to voltage and poor frame grounds under airbox, etc. You can google search all this issues. Go to a Big Box Auto Parts (autozone, Oreillys, Advance, etc.) and get a free fault code scan and report back. Are you having any drivability issues? hesitation, shudder, harsh shifting, rpm rise/slipping clutch. BTW things like mileage and service/fault history help us, help you.

Sorry for the delay - it quit on me during driving and we had to leave it till today. We did install a new battery and it started right up. We got it home, it wouldn’t start again. My dad rocked it and it started. We did the test and got these codes:

p1450
P286f
P0646
P1450
P0456
P0606

I looked at your codes. The No-crank no-start is being caused by the TCM. That has a 10 year /150k mile warranty through ford. Parts are currently not available for months.
Your other codes are caused by a stuck open canister purge valve. Ask your dealer if recall 18S32 is still open on your car. If so, thats covered under warranty as well. If not, its a cheap fix.
Good luck!
