Yeah, but I'm considering coilovers now to get a little lower and firm up the ride a little. I thought even the stock ride was too soft. Did the tune on your car make a noticeable difference? I have a hard time justifying it on a basically stock car. I'd like to use my Delta Force software on it but they don't support the Focus ecu. :-/

Yes the tune made a very big difference. And it gets better mileage if I dont dog it but it is hard to now, haha.

The Ebay projectors are actually really nice. There is an adjustment screw on them to level each side.

When I said even,
I wasn't really referring to the level so much as the way the light projects. It should have a nice crisp line in the center. But still put out enough light at the top to see without blinding oncoming traffic. .

they do. the line in teh center isnt super sharp like some of the asian cars oem projector cutoffs, like infiniti, but they are really good for $300 for a set. they dont blind, ive never been flashed and my cut off is set so that its just below the trunk line on a 2008 honda civic sedan 5 feet out (for reference). stock there seems to not be enough light output but HID's work extremely well in them. and they are actual projectors, not a projector over a halogen housing. dont forget if you dont like the setup, you can always swap in a projector of your liking. it will be easier with this style of headlight than retrofitting the stock halogen bowl for a projector.

what would look like crap? im not following you at all they plastic welded put wire mesh behind and bondo over the top to smooth it off and make it look right

^^ thank you i really appreciate that. it looks even better in person, several people commented that they were unsure of it in pics but once they saw it up close and in person they liked it. even i agree that it doesnt photograph well.

i think itll look much better once the sides are blacked out and its complete.

I already said it before, I just really like the hood, I like how its done in conjunction with the roof and then onto the wing, just awesome in that aspect, Hood is something I would like to do Exactly like yours, credit given where it is due though!
