Sway bar end links hitting bottom strut mount

Whenever I drive straight or turn right, my sway bar end link is binding either in front or behind the mount where the strut bolts to the wheel hub on the driver side. It causes a vibration because there's constant pressure for example if im turning right and the end link is stuck behind that mount.
The driver side has a lot of clearance, so im not sure if the sway bar is too far to the driver side. Im not even sure if thats possible. Ive tried unbolting both end links and moving the sway bar closer to the driver side but it only moves up and down.

The picture below is not of a focus but a similar design. The circles in red are where its contacting. Ignore the green arrow.

Well that did not just happen so either you bent something from a pothole or whatever. your sway bar end link could be broke and it's just flopping around everywhere.

It actually happened after I changed my struts. I even took it to my mechanic and he said that nothing is wrong, and he ended up just grinding down the metal piece that comes from the strut that the bolt goes through because it was “too big”. But it’s still a lot closer on the driver side than passenger side. I just don’t know if there’s an adjustment that can be made for this, like moving the sway bar more toward the passenger side, etc.

More likely the main sway bar. The side-to-side retention is only a flat in a rubber bushing that once worn to be closer to round lets the sway bar move sideways depending on where it wants to go. Kind of a crap engineering thing there. Likely the bar bushings need changing.

They do it all the time, I need to fix one of mine now.

You could replace the bar bushings, center the bar & use hose clamps on the outside of the bar to keep it from shifting side to side....Some aftermarket bars have a ridge to keep that from happening, such as the Eibach 22mm bar.
