Is everyone sitting down?

I'm considering getting lighter wheels and I can't really find any that I 'love', but these TRMotorsports FF10s aren't awful... They only weigh 14.7lbs each.

What does everyone else think? I'm not sold on the look just yet.
IDK man. Your car has always looked so good with the ses wheels. I honestly wish sometimes I would have just stuck with 17" eaps but I have had these rota slipsteams on here for 4 years now. Haven't been after performance in a long time but my fuel efficiency benefits from the lighter wheels in town.

Those wheels don't look bad. They are just different on your car than what you are used to. What about team dynamics?

Someone mind pointing me in the right direction? I have eagle eye projectors with hids in them and the cutoff ended up like this. I've seen better cutoffs but I'm not sure how to get to that point
Plenty of us run Hids in them and have a clean cutoff, so don't let anyone tell you otherwise... Most people only buy projector headlights so that they can run hids safely without blinding other drivers on the road. The trick is using high quality hids. I had ddm hids when I first installed my eagle eyes. The cutoff was okay but not super clean. When I switched to morimotos I got a clean cutoff.

Hey guys - it has been awhile since I posted on here. Got into the MOD mood this past month and did a few things to my 09 SES Sangria Red Focus.

Installed a sort of custom rear dome light since my car didn't have one. Put an LED bulb in it and the car just lights up at night.

Put in LED switchback bulbs, they are perfect at night, not so much in the day though. They are from ijdmtoy or whatever the name of the company is.

Found vent visors on Craigslist for $25 shipped so I put those on over top my black pillar covers from eBay.

Oh, and I can't forget I tinted my windows. 20% on the rear, back windshield, and front stripe; 35% on the fronts.

I also put the OEM cargo mat and cargo net in the trunk and painted my wheels with Rustoeom High Performance Wheel Paint.

Sorry for the long post......now to the pictures (in no particular order).....

Isnt it illegal to tint your front and rear lights?
depends where you live and what the local code is. Most laws go something like this 'you need this many rear lights/brake lights and they need to be visible from this far away when on/off.' Not 100% sure if same rules apply for the fronts, you can google you state and read the laws. Of course you could get pulled over and the cop cite based on their interpretation. Same if you are in an accident, they could try to argue your tinted lights.

You will get people that say its dumb/unsafe and those that are big fans.

What the **** are you guys doing to your cars?

Le sigh.

Still building a race car over here
