The end links are straight up and down and they are not upside down
No I mean the bar ends, not the end links. If the car is on the ground and the bar ends are level with the control arms, then you are golden, but from what I can see the end link bolt is too long and the sway bar ends are pointing down, even once the springs are compressed it looks like they will be pointing down. I don't think you'll have any issues as far as correct installation/safety goes, but your sway bar will be out of its optimal range and you may not be getting the performance you paid for.
You might look into adjustable or shorter end links.
Edit: One more question, did you torque down everything while the car was in the air or did you finish once it was on the ground? It is best to torque your sway bar points when there is weight on the suspension, just FYI. If you're supposed to have the bolts in that direction and they aren't torqued correctly, I'd hate for a nut to come loose and fall off while you're driving.
