Hey guys, I have been on this forum for a while and have never really wrote up a thread on my car! It was a long and stressful process to get it, but I have it now and am happier than ever with the car.
So, I started looking for my car a year ago. I knew that I wanted a focus as I wanted something affordable, fun to drive, and plenty of mods available. I went and test drove a couple ZX3's and even a 2009 coupe. After every one that I checked out was sold, I thought I wouldn't find one. Then, I stumbled across a 2006 ZX4 ST that was in gorgeous condition. I drove out to the dealership and test drove it and was in love. Following the test drive, I went down to the dealership to discuss prices, but I was met with the salesperson telling me they were unable to sell it. The car had a FSWerks race header on it, so all emissions were deleted. They were going to send it to auction, but I had to have it. After, lots of negotiating, and me still overpaying by a lot in the long run, I finally brought her home. The car has 94,000 miles on it, but was parked winters and was extremely well taken care of. Here are a couple pics. I took off the SVT sideskirts and began cleaning it up and fixing some paint issues. Here is it now.

Thanks man! And I will uploading some more pics today! Starting with engine - FSWerks CAI and race exhaust set up with VF Engineering motor mounts and I believe a ported throttle body.
Suspension - Ksport Coilovers , massive top stut bar, massive end links, massive toe arms, massive camber arms , massive rear strut bar , and just some Hawk Slotted rotors with HPS pads.
Car is an absolute blast.

nice, I'm sure fswerks is great too. they don't really do anything for the mk3 NA focus.

any idea what kind of wheel horse power you are putting down?

so you have fswerks header, exhaust and intake? any plans for future mods? maybe engine mounts?

one thing I'm jealous of with the older focus is that you guys can put that cosworth intake manifold on it.

Great find & w/ the sap option. I see you have the old fwerks lip, thats awesome. How come you removed the svt skirt's? Do a bsd= more hp/mpg & is a super cheap easy mod.

I really like yours. I'm looking to get a way from coilovers and find some good shock/spring combos. What is your recommendation for something not sitting too low but good durability? I might try some Koni's in the rear on my coilovers instead of the Ksport shocks.

How low do you want? I'm running the Eibach sportline system= springs/dampers. I would have gone w/ the H&R sport cup kit but that would have been to low= 2.6''. I like the 2'' setup, great for a dder. You looking to swap out your setup? How is the ride? You'll need the omni kit or swap out the spindles for '05's to use the earlier '00-'05 struts/springs.

That's what I thought. And honestly the tide isn't terrible. With that said, it is not that good. It's a stiff ride , but if you get used to it, I don't find it that bad. I just want to try out some spring and dampers. What is the deal with the ford racing dampers? I saw them for sale of CFM.
