FS wires, or FR wires.

I have steeda wires and im not to happy with them.

FR=ford racing, you can find them just about anywhere. check out the sponsers here on this site.

FS are the best....smooth idle

 

I have Ford Racing. They're cheap, and completely got rid of my rough idleing problem.

 

As for plugs, go with autolite double plats. Stay away from Bosch unless they are the standard plats. FR plug wires are great bang for your buck wires.

I run Denso plugs and Focus Sport wires. Autolite plugs are not the best. I had some and a week later I had to replace them And yes they were gapped properly. Denso are expensive, but pack a punch.

 

I have the same denso plugs and FS wires and I noticed a slight inprovement in the car's idle but didn't even register any signifigant gains on my buttdyno.
Well, the wires look better than stock under the hood...[]

 

Almost anything looks better then stock under the hood IMO.

i got the focus livewires and autolite d' plats

 

i got ford racing plugs and i am very pleased with them
i noticed some preformance difference and will soon buy the wires as well
