hi my car makes a whisteling noise when driving it. it only makes it when im driving at at about 30 miles or more if im going really slow there is no noise. i have a feeling that it is the tires. any idas.

Is it more noticable with the windows down or up, or doesn't it matter? Is it a constant pitch or does it change frequeny when you go faster?
My ST at freeway speeds will whistle when the air rushes over the side mirror, it's faint and I only notice it with the windows down though.
And is it a whistle or more of a whine?

my svt will sometimes make a whistle through the windsheild wiper... its odd but it me forever to figure it out.. LMO
