i have an original sct xcail tuner. and i've been told i can trade it in for a credit towards a new xcail, is that true?

We offered a trade in program on the X1 about 3 years ago but that only lasted a short time. One of our dealers may take it on a trade but it is not anything you can trade in directly with us unless it is physically not working and is sent to us under an RA number where a credit towards the purchase of a new unit may be done.
