Where do I start...
It was nice meeting all of you. You are a great group and you'll be seeing more of me.
If it weren't so mercilessly hot (my first taste of heat exhaustion),
I'd would say it was perfect day.
A
BIG thanks to Cliff ( & his very understanding wife)
for hosting, coaching, cookin', tool wrangling, and for bearing patiently into the night with my foolish ambitions.
I still have to go through my tool box so I'll let you know If I got anything that's not mine.
And very special thanks to:
Ken for jumping in and get me started while I collected all the stuff.
Wayne for helping out on the front coilers and lending tools.
Jen for keeping my head from becoming well done.
Aaron for his sublime expertise, I'll be callin' ~2-4 days re spacer.
Koby (sp?) for hooking up the rear sway bar and rear shocks.
………and [drum roll]
Reggie….from start to finish …you practically handled every part of the install!
And you were there from start to the bitter end.
If you all had not been there it would have been the zero-dark-hundred hours for me!
You all blew me away!
I have 2 words for you guys:
Oh…… yea the end result of H&R coilers +22mm rear sway.
Like many of you said it was well worth it
She's a new kind ride.[woot]
I'm not pushing it cause of the CV joint,
but I can really feel the difference in the shifts, and definitely snappier turns.
It's not stiff at all. It just stays planted.
I'll be keeping the driving to minimum till I get that new axel so I won't be doing the Big Bear Run
But I bet a bunch of you are dying to see those 13" BAERS installed.[deviltail]
I know I am.
