Whats your mods? I'm calling bs on this one. I got a 04 sxt 5 speed and can bruise zx3 egos stock. A r/t if he was racing would have really made you feel bad. Dont flame either . I love the focus i just wanna know what you got.

 

lol dude you're full of yourself......maybe it was an auto maybe it was a stick. Obviously a stick will make a difference. I personally raced a mid 90's style MTX neon r/t with an exhaust, intake, Computer flash, and i believe cam gears or cams.....can't remember. he was about a car length behind me when i hit third. at the time i had a catback and a K&N drop In. I've race many neons and from what i raced of neons besides the SRT, they are about the same or a little less than a un-modded non-SVT Focus MTX. All really depends on the driver. And this guy has the PZEV which is slightly different than the Zetec.

fellas fellas. the R/T is as much road and track as a lumina SS is super sporty. Neon R/T has a fancy spoiler, chin spoiler, uglier interior and new wheels. that's about it. theres a HUGE difference between R/T and SRT-4

I know what my SVT would have done to it, but I don't like to pretend race on the 'net! Maybe the guy in the Neon missed a shift, freaked out last second and didn't try... either way, the Focus was ahead.

 

idk, not calling BS at all....but i know the older, 94ish R/T neons do run like 15.8's out of the box, look it up....but who knows if it was a legit R/T or anything ya know

dude... the SXT has 132hp/130trq wrapped in a 2630lbs 4-door body. The PZEV Focus has 145hp/149trq wrapped in a 2550lbs 3-door hatch. Even the R/T... its got 150hp/135trq... sweeet 1hp MORE... oh, but wait... 14lb. -ft LESS... oh, geeez, and it weighs 2700lbs. [?|]

 

Haven't you guys heard. This guy is trolling up the boards showing all of us ricers how the Neon SXT can take out EVO's and the SRT-4 can kill a Viper stock for stock.

Listen dude, until now this is the third neon I have beaten, I know it could have been worst but like I said I shutt it at abot 60 or seventy. He was missing his Catalityc convertors because it sounded really loud. My car is completely stock plus I forgot to mention that My sister was with me, so that's more wheight for my car he was by himself. If it was the driver then all the three drivers from the Neons I have beaten stink.
