I’ve got paint blisters between the rear door and wheel well on my 2014 Focus starting into rust blisters I need to address.

There are some cheaper options to buy color match paints but you have to search online. There's more than one paint vendor out there. Even Ford dealers have/had touch up pens though I understand that you need a spray can.

There’s a company called scratches happen. I had an issue with my Focus colour but they sent me the right colour after that. It has a primer, paint and clear coat.
