well when i got my car my right tail light was loose not bolt wise but it was like the glue that holds the lens onto the housing so to my question where can i get some of that glue or is there a better replacement glue that i can use? .Posted via FF Mobile

The best thing to use would be silicone adhesive.

That's very strange though that it's loose like that, never seen that happen before.

And I've seen the grill lights tinted many times. It does look great. Most use Nite-Shade for that.

Yep, sure is. I would test painting something else first to get a feel for it. It can run really easy.

Rust Oleum Lens Tint, is the product that you can get at Auto Zone. Its RO's version of night shade. The best thing about RO's is it's glossier than night shade with out a clear coat.

Here's some pics of mine, with a clear coat and a polish. I wanted an extra depth to them.

Here's my friends I did with two coats no polish yet or clear.

Very nice love seeing the hatchback tails cause thats what i have, so is there any sanding involved or is it just clean really well? im doing this 2morrow u see kinda in a rush im not a very patient person haha

Lightly sand with 400 grit wet dry. Just enough to take some of the gloss off the plastic.

Wipe clean with rubbing alcohol. The kind you get from the drug store.

Make light full passes. Start spraying above the tail, make your pass all the way down, the stop spray after passing the bottom edge. You want even coats on these, once the light shines through if you have a heavy spot it will show.

They unscrew from the backside of the fender. The nuts just thread themselves onto the plastic posts.

good looking tails

signals on basic running light position way brighter when its flashing

and contemplating painting head lights ( i have 2 sets) and my fogs..... yes i've gone paint crazy my friends haha

Spend $15 on a polisher from Harbor Freight and polish those tails after they dry for a day or two. Then wet sand and polish the headlights with some plastic polish. They will look brand new.
