you dont loosen the bolt you turn the bolt like your going to tighten it but it just moves up because of the spring and you will be able to get the belt on.You have to get down on it pretty hard.When i put mine on after i got the wrench all the way down to the control arm I put a big tie strap on it to hold it.

 

yeah its spring loaded. throw a wrench on it and push. took me a minute to figure out the first time too. focal helped me out.

 

Wheres this bolt at man? Is the one right in the middle of the pulley or is it like that thing sticking out right by the belt, or is it that little nut right by the oil filter?

 

so where do i put the wrenches at to push, on that little nob sticking out? Any pics of how to do it guys?
