Hey all, had some issues with the car dying and had code p0087 so I replaced the high pressure fuel pump, but the issue persists. Any ideas?

Im having the exact same problem as you. Replaced the fuel pump in the tank and high pressure fuel pump as well. Can you point me to the other parts you replaced. Im getting confused on the terminology for the two pressure sensors and cant seem to confidently order them or find any info for replacing them other than this.

Are the high pressure and low pressure sensors the same? Im having the same issue and already replaced the hpfp and am looking into the low pressure sensor to replace but ford's parts site doesn't distinguish which sensors are high or low pressure. So what sensor did you put in so i can fix this as well? Its highly maddening and I feel unsafe in my own car as it's been stalling in the road lately (mine is a manual trans non ecoboost SE and planning on turboing it soon so I HAVE to get this fixed first)

Low pressure: Amazon.com: XIAMI Fuel Injection Pressure Sensor for Motorcraft CM5250 Acceleration : Automotive
High pressure: https://www.amazon.com/Bosch-Origin...5&qid=1645061415&sprefix=cm5225,aps,95&sr=8-3

I suggest unplugging the low pressure (behind the engine, located on the hard fuel line BEFORE the high pressure pump) and test driving it. If that fixes your issue, replace the low pressure sensor. If it doesn't unplug the high pressure sensor (located directly on the fuel rail) and test drive.

What year and model car so you have?
Replacing the sensors has fixed my problems and my car runs alot better but i did find that my car uses a different high pressure sensor than the OP used on their car. I purchased the low and high pressure sensor from autozone, the low pressure is identical to the one OP shared, my high pressure sensor is grey and had a triangular 3 prong plug

I have a 2016 focus with the 2.0 flex that has the same issues. Changed high pressure sensor, low sensor, pump in tank and new high pressure pump, changed plug on the fuel rail pressure sensor and still having intermittent times when the fuel pressure measured by the fuel rail sensor goes high (3.8ksi) and then back to normal.
Only thing I haven’t changed is the control module under the back seat, unless I have a broken wire or bad connection somewhere in the harness. I’ve removed the KAM fuse to reset the file mapping several times, but I can see on my code reader where the fuel pressure gets high.
