Mine do that every once in awhile.

Try this:

Hold the window button down until the window is all the way down and keep holding it for another for another 3 seconds then immediately hold the button up until window is closed plus an additional 3 seconds.

That should hopefully solve the problem for you.

It happens from time to time, usually whenever the battery is reset.

The owners guide tells you how to turn the one touch feature back on:

You must reset the bounce-back memory separately for each window
after the battery has been disconnected.
1. Lift and hold the switch until the window is fully closed.
2. Release the switch.
3. Lift the switch again for one more second.
4. Press and hold the switch until the window is fully open.
5. Release the switch
6. Lift and hold the switch until the window is fully closed.
7. Open the window and then try to close it automatically.
8. Reset and repeat the procedure if the window does not close automatically

 

Had the same problem it fixed after going thru the procedure.

I think the frozen windows did it for me when I was trying to open them to clear some condensation. It wouldn't budge and it threw off the programming.

 

I'm sure that's it. Mine did the same thing. They stuck when I lowered them, but them the auto-up/down feature didn't work. A simple reset fixed it.

 

Brilliant, love the search to find these tips. My windows were working erratically, so i figured it was the Body Control Module (computer) and disconnected the battery.
That fixed the sticking problem where they occasionally would not open/close, but wondered why the one touch operation no longer worked. Been driving for days without it and anoyed.
That 3 second hold process fixed immediately. Thanks!

 

Yes, I too was experiencing this. I followed this procedure and all four windows are working properly with one touch. Thanks for this posting.
