Awesome ride [thumb] My dream car also.

 

Bit of the Bird's history.. We got her in 1988, slow restoration and daily driver for a while ( Yeah.. She was on the road constantly for about 10 years that we had her, yet still a show car none the less ) Slowly got it back to where we wanted. Pretty much the way it is today.. Newest mods to her, '68 Hood with scoops ( Non-op ) w/400 Emblems ( Which it should have had ) Rear deck spoiler, Front Air Dam, Crager SS Rims. And a engine rebuild ( About 3K Miles ago ) Been in my family since '88 and continuing on down the line ( Eventually going to my son. Thanks for stopping by and taking a peek.

you make me sad, my old man just sold his 69 firebird 400w 4speed to some old dude, didn't even think about me at all. still very nice car. and hold onto it they're only getting harder to find (unlike camaros and mustangs)

This is very true about Firebirds being hard to find. For the entire time we showed her back in MS, we saw 1 other one.. '67 Drop Top. Other then that.. She was stuck in a class of Cameros.


As far as she sounds?? Straight back to Flowmaster 40 series mufflers with turndowns just behind the axle.. She's mean.. I'll try to get a vid clip of it sometime next weekend. I gotta do some more tweaking can cleaning. Had a long truck ride then a 3 hour drive home.. TLC is definatly needed. Thanks for all the comments and complements.
