No amount of money could be had for how much fun you could have had in that car.

 

Invest in stock if you want to leave something laying around for 10 years. Cars like that are meant to be driven.

 

Still...that's a pretty good investment (hit or miss)

If Ford GT production had continued that would be useless as the value would had dropped!!!

High risk investment I would say!

 

Chances are the owners DD isn't a focus so it's hard for us to relate. I would say it was a good investment

Gotta prep it for storage & do regular maint. while stored in a controlled environment, and it could still have issues from lack of use & age.

Putting it on sale now at what may be a peak (at least short term) for value.

Most unused cars don't appreciate as well, with many selling at a loss vs. other possible investments.

 

Very good point & true^^^^^^look at a few zr1 vette's that guys bought & put away= now look at the price.
