Picked up my 2013 Tit hatchback for the service department at my local dealer yesterday, They had just finished the second clutch pack transplant. This morning revisited the dealer and left my deposit for a new C Max SEL. They will be sending the build info to ford on Monday.
It will be Rudy Red with a light stone interior, nav, sunroof, sync 3 and more. just have to wait 2 or 3 months for it to arrive.
The Focus has been a good car with great economy and good comfort with exception for getting in and out of the car, wife and I are both in our late 60s. knee problems have made for a shorten time with this little car.
Yes, clutch problems twice but with exceptional service from my local dealer here in Nanaimo has made theses a virtual non-issue. Just a minor annoyance for a month or so will it had so rough shifts.
Therefore in about 3 months I will sign off from this forum for the last time.
For those of you who complain about the performance of the Focus [nono] you have to consider that you purchased a compact family car and not a sports car, RS Focus owner exempt.
