needing info ,has anyone done motor mount replacement specifically vf-engineering or cfm mounts i have been told anything more then lower torque mount and the car shake/vibes car is driver but looking to turn into back road racer.

They are all really easy to replace. The dogbone is two bolts in and out. Really firms things up without adding a ton of vibration. The transmission mount makes things a bit firmer with more vibration and the passenger side mount doesn't really do a whole lot but adds a ton of vibration. This has been my experience.
I have solid mounts on my srt 4, and it definately increased the vibration. im not sure on the focus, but i heard the dogbone is the easiest and causes the least vibrations.
just do them all. i started with the dog bone and then the pass side went out and then the drivers side went out. more vibration as a whole but feels so good.
I have all three in my 08+. After a few miles they calm down. IMO it's worth it.
