Irregular revving/idling when A/C works. See video

When A/C is not working engine runs just fine.
However as soon as I turn on the A/C the engine runs OK for a few seconds then revving increases a little for two seconds then goes back to normal, and so on and so forth.
I noticed this fluctuation happens only when the A/C compressor works.
I already changed the idle control valve but problem persists.

Cool and hot air come out fine.
I filled the A/C with a can of refrigerant around 4 months ago.

I think cycling is normal but shouldn't be so constant.
What orifice do you refer to?
