I will vouch for the Marcy CAI...I have one on my ST and love it. Not to mention, the colors. I got a beautiful red one, really a nice piece all around. I can't say anything against the others, but I know the Marcy is good quality and well made.

Just get them all. One for every day of the week.

Or just realize that they all give you more or less the same gains and buy the cheapest one. Unless you car a lot about looks then the K&N probably looks pretty cool.
Yeah let me just get all of them... the K n M is alot of money and so is the cosworth one.... i liked to Marcy, especially the red one... but what would be the best HP for less $

They're all really good, some are definitely pricier than others. The only one that's certain to make a little less power is the Steeda, being a SRI not a CAI perse.

Otherwise, a lot of it's personal preference. Would you like colored tubing? plastic or metal? stock MAF or no? ITG or K&N-types of filters on the end? name/brand loyalty?

Your local shop probably didn't know because the Duratec Focus doesn't have a huge aftermarket following the way some cars/engines do, so they go unnoticed by a lot of "general" dealers, not those with a specific Focus interest.

I would like it either chrome or red... thats why i liked the Marcy... other ten that i reallly dont car... i guess i want it all. a intake that looks good performs good and that aint too much

Just, if you decide on the Marcy, see if you get any response to emails or calls and get some sort of estimate on shipping (from Walter). I've seen multiple Posts from multiple people talking about how they waited MONTHS for their order. Not trying to be mean, just stating a fact - you should take that into consideration when deciding what to get?
