Did you check the flanges? Usually it is stamped on the flange. If it were FR it would be stamped. No stamp then who knows, JBA, etc.

 

yeah no current stap on it so it's not a FRPP..... maybe I can see something on it when it arrives...

 

That's your typical run-of-the-mill shorty 4-1 header...for what its worth those are all about the same regardless of price, short of it appearing to be exceedingly cheap (eg, thin flanges or lousy welds, etc.) You're not going to see much of a difference between Ford Racing or OBX on those.
