HELP!! I have a 2012 Focus Titanium and bought LED running lights. The lights are built into the 2 "sail" panels on the front either side of the grille. I cannot figure out how to remove the panels. Took of the splash panel underneath but still can't see how they pop out.

They just clip into slots in the bumper cover, so you need to use either a plastic trim remover/ flat screw driver/ flat plastic tool and gently remove them. Try not to damage the clips or the bumper cover. Certainly don't want to scratch the paint.

1) First get some electrical tape to protect the paint. (see photo)
2) Get at least 5 butter knifes (the duller and thinner the better)
3) Stick the butter knifes between the bumper cover and grill piece where the clip tab locations are. Use at least 5 knifes to loosen the outermost 3 tabs and the 2 bottom tabs (indicated in green below). Verify you're knife is in the right spot to "unclip" each tab by looking under the car where the knifes will stick through. The knife needs to be carefully centered and go between the grill piece tab and the bumper cover tab to separate them. The bottom two tabs are easiest to see so get a feel for what I mean using those. Once you have those 5 knifes in, push the grill piece out on that side, remove the knifes and then seperate the remaining 3 tabs that are closest to the center (indicated in red below).
