I know people that say the same thing about Sirius, that you say about XM. It's a hard choice for me between XM and Sirius. Both have decent content, but I am also a diehard Howard Stern listener and am more tempted to get Sirius than XM.

 

Ive got sirius in my ride too. Havnt used my CD player since i got it ! I got the direct hook up through my clarion deck. Freaking love it. My cuz has xm, and i agree that it just doesnt compare. I mean come on...sirius has " G Unit Saturdays" on shade 45 LOL. i usually leave it locked on octane tho. awesome channel

 

I love sirius. My radio is currently in for repair though. It's nice traveling with it and not having to find a new station every 20 minutes. I like the Comedy channels, but those aren't 100% commercial free. I'm not a big fan of Howard Stern but to each their own. That shouldn't be the only reason to get Howard Stern though......which in your case it's not.

ooooo yeah octane totally rocks. that's my station. when i'm not in the car i've got it on on my computer at home, or in the install bay at work. i think it's the best thing i've done.

i did a review a while back of each of them (i usta own each) and i gave XM the winner. they have a lot more music then sirius from my listining. you can google it its on the 1-2 page normally

 

XM has more channels, but its crap i dont listen to. In my opnion sirus hase more channels that appeal to me. Im really not into news radio, elvis or easy listening. I wanna rock !!

 

^^ yup, the rock is what sold me on sirius. that's all i listen to, and sirius has like 5 more channels of it than xm does. . . .

 

I like more hip hop than rock but I agree octane kicks ass plus i mean you guys are forgetting the best part channel 92 radio rombon lol

 

Octane is the best, Alt Nation and Faction are all right too, I've been listening to Howard Stern on my way to school in the mornings though.

 

Howard stern is the shit......too bad they don't have Opie & Anthony on there....I would get it for them and stern.....In SE PA, 94.1 FM is Howard Stern...but it was censored.....
