This is just a very quick render, but curious as to what you folks think about the hood.

Edit: Non-St model

IMO Its aggressive, but without being too wild and "look-at-me"-ish.

Better than I expected but I'm not a fan.

Replace that with some louvers and bring it to market, and there will be people lining up for them.

Reminds me of across between the srt4 hood and ms3 hood. Would the air duct be functional feature or possibly a ram air feature for Air Box

It's looks great on the ST, now the NA focus the scoop would really flow with the front facia due the grill opening. I agree with mittencuh on ram air setup for the SE - Titanium trims and a little extra for the ST models. If you tie in a little more aggressive front facia to tie it all together. Then I will have to give you my wallet.

Most shops will scan your color and mix paint to get your specific color. A REAL shop will also colorblend the surrounding panels to ensure a flawless transition.[thumb]

I actually really like the look of that hood. Would definitely need an aero kit on a n/a focus to make it look better

If it coupled with a functional ram-air setup for the NA focus I think I could be persuaded. I could justify it if it gave me a performance gain!

I'm saying a major no to the 2 piece design on that. The line behind the scoop doesn't look great.

I like the design of the hood itself on the NA focus, but it also looks like it is to much. For a car (ST also) that already has a big mouth (or the visual of a big mouth) it just adds to much to the car. Dont get me wrong, it is a great design, but it is just north of to much design for that car.

Don't forget the massive subwoofer that adds so much weight it absolutely negates any potential performance improvements they've bolted on!

I have to admit though, that I do like painted/powder coated calipers :p
