See if the sway bar is hitting the sub frame. I posted on the thread how I fixed my clunk problem.

Before this I replaced the motor mount, trans mount, and the little motor mount in the center that connects to the cross support. I also replace the end links. I still had the clunk but now it is gone since I adjusted the sway bar.

my clunking noise when going over bumps was the ball joint,,passenger side,,replaced both control arms and ball joints,,,very quiet now,,,
