i will say this , i wasnt sure about it at first but then i tried it with some tint , i cut it myself and it def transformed the front end of my car. it makes it look more eggresive.

 

i dont know how the wiring could be screwed up on your projectors the leds are very replaceable they are just a 74 led bulb that comes right out they are 2 bucks a piece from superbright leds.com i had an led burnout to it started blinkin after some reverse donuts and then turned off if you take the back cover off you just pull the harness out and pull the bulb out but if you already tried that sorry to repeat but i took some white vinyl and layed it over the eyebrow and it looked prett cool on my car but if you think its just the led they are the cheaper 74 bulbs in white off that website

 

Definitely appreciate the info, Stalker. I jimmied with it to no end, found the leads on the LED poorly installed, but alas it was to no avail.

I was thinking paint. How might I get the black vinyl to stick, and be pretty?

I have the same problem.
If you cut the red wire after the white connector, it disconnects the leds while leaving the halos on. Just an FYI.

Looking for some eyelids myself. I don't want them to cover too much of the headlight though...

 

i would love to see someone do eyelids on these lights. i thought about it but i'm not sure it would look right on my car. i would love to see what yall come up with tho.

See the "division" above the actual HL lenses where the LEDs are? That's where I'd cut off the eyelid.

 

well the white vinyl i just had some double sided tape but i had no intesntions of leaving it it was just to see being that your car is black personally i would just night shade the hell out of it then if you hate it you could just acetone it right off but the leds are kinda eh in the eyebrow anyway a little outta place so i think ill just body color paint over mine

 

and black out your grill!

 

Nah, no grille blackout. I'm quite fond of the way the chrome grille flows with the headlights. It's weird, I know, 'cause I hate chrome, but these HLs made me like the grille as it is.
