just get an exacto knife and cut right down the middle and pull it off very easy to do bro then the aftermarket should have a screw screw it in the bottom of ebrake so it looks clean

 

I didn't have to cut mine at all, I just pulled on it pretty damn hard and the handle came right off. Here's a How-To in case you want pictures and directions for reference. ^_^

Do you mean just the handle (black grippy part) or the whole handle assmebly?

Because the latter is just 4 10mm bolts under the console to remove.
