You can adjust the doors just like anything else on the cars but you need a clear idea of what you want to do doing it. The latch hoop in back adjusts 4 ways as do the hinges up front. Best is jacking a jack under middle of door (heavier than you think) to balance it on and then make small moves until you get what you want.

Bear in mind that the door per se can be in place 100% correct but if the window frame higher up has been bent out of the correct plane the wind will still make noise. Sometimes the frame alone needs bending in relation to the bulk of the door assembly itself and while it can be done it is more problematic doing it. The frame can crack where it joins top of door.
