You can get one from the manufacturer for $99 shipped.
Yes it is butt ugly but it works great.
Where else can you get a volt meter, water temp gauge, intake air gauge, tach, speedo, TPS reading, etc for that price? It is also a good to way to check the calibration of the factory water temp gauge, tach and speedo. My speedo needle reads ~2mph higher than the ScanGauge and Garmin GPS which matched within tenths of a mph.
The trip computer with fuel mileage is pretty accurate as well. My calculations and the ScanGauge differed by ~1/2 mpg on a 400 mile trip.
The best part is that it goes from car to car with no effort at all and reads and clears codes. It will also freeze the gauge readings when a code is detected so you know what the parameters were when the code happened.

I saw something similar in the JC Whitney catalog; it had less features, BUT showed horsepower (not at the wheel, obviously) and could do 0-60 times. If this one had those two features as well, I'd drive my wife crazy until she let me buy it.
It's weird that the site listed here shows them in stock, but right below it say's "This product is not available for purchase at this time."
Then again, if we can get it straight from the manufacturer for $99 shipped, who cares? [edit] Strike that price - www.scanguage.com is the manufacturers site, it looks like, and they too want $129.
Now if it just didn't look like a Taxi meter, as someone so correctly pointed out...

And if I painted it yellow to match my car, and the controls and backlight are already yellow....hmmmmmmm..............
Gonna have to get me one, no doubt about it. Especially since someone forgot to put a Tach in my car...
p.s. Thanks, sdmike6, for pointing this one out to us!

as soon as a few of us get one , there will be some painters painting these things and the electranerds changing the lights out so why worry about what it looks like, thats changeable, besides, its cheap cuz it ugly, if it was purdy it'd be 500 bucks! and u know im right

I kinda wish I had my MPG read out on this car. I could enable a trip mpg readout or an on the fly read out on my corvette's display. It was really neat. WHen you really got on it, it would go down to like 2-3mpg.
