Yes it is butt ugly but it works great.
Where else can you get a volt meter, water temp gauge, intake air gauge, tach, speedo, TPS reading, etc for that price? It is also a good to way to check the calibration of the factory water temp gauge, tach and speedo. My speedo needle reads ~2mph higher than the ScanGauge and Garmin GPS which matched within tenths of a mph.
The trip computer with fuel mileage is pretty accurate as well. My calculations and the ScanGauge differed by ~1/2 mpg on a 400 mile trip.
The best part is that it goes from car to car with no effort at all and reads and clears codes. It will also freeze the gauge readings when a code is detected so you know what the parameters were when the code happened.
