2018 transmission fail

Hello folks
I'm new to Ford Focus... bought myself 2018 2.0 one with a huge milage (230k, don't ask)
And transmission is in the emergency state (i belive) - drives forward only on one gear , when you try to hit rear - it barely shakes when you hit the gas and gives you "transmission overheat, wait 5 min". While you can actually touch the tranny and it's not hot at all
So I'm connecting through OBD and it only reads engine codes, like evap and p0171 (already ordered sensors to replace), but no transmission codes...
Any thoughts? Any chance there is no tranny fluid inside?

I was able to get my hands on Maxsys scanner and here' s what it gave me:
p07a4 - transmission friction element B perfomance
p2701 - transmission friction element B apply time
p2787 - clutch a temperature too high

So I believe I need to start with replacing Actuator B (bottom one)?

Tried to do TCM adaptation. went ok, but still no changes on a car. Then tried to do clutch education (or whatever it's called on a scanner) and it gives me clutch error
After all those I have only
p2701 - transmission friction element B apply time
this code left...
Still wandering is it TCM or the clutch I need to replace?

Have you tried cleaning the grounds behind the battery ? Remove the grounds and wire brush or sand the paint off the body. Wire brush the ground cables. The transmission is very dependent on clean voltage. You are disconnecting the battery when you do the work? It does seem like the TCM is what ford is throwing at the problem. What a disaster. I admire your perseverance

Yep, ground contacts were the first step I did - no effect...
I'm ready to order programmed TCM module but still not sure is it the one or not cause I don't read any TCM codes, only element B, which I replaced already

Hey guys need your help again
So I replaced bottom motor (element B ) - zero effect
I opened up top motor - everything looks good, spring returns the gear to it's place, as it should be, nothing stuck
I took out the TCM. Module looks fine - gears rotating freely. Return part is different:
Top hole (probably responsible for motor A ) turn counterclock wise with no pressure. Clockwise - I feel spring that returns it. So I believe that's how it should be
Bottom hole gear rotates freely counterclockwise, but doesn't move at all clockwise, when reches the limit. I don't feel any spring, it just stuck and doesn't move
Probably this is the issue? In this case i believe I need to take te transmission out and tear it appart to reach that gear?

I have the same codes in a 2012 Focus Titanium. The car takes off smoothly but there's shudder in 2nd gear and I have code P2701. Did you just change the main bearing and reuse the existing forks and clutch? Every video i've seen of people diagnosing this code show a bearing that's been overheated and is falling apart.

Unfortunately, it is not a given. There is fluid for the manual transmission.
