2015 Ford Focus, Quickly losing coolant

As the title suggests, I have a 2015 Ford Focus. We've owned it for around 4 years now and have never had an issue with over heating, or losing coolant quickly until the last 5ish months. Within the last 5 months, We've noticed that the vehicle overheats often and the coolant just disappears within I'd say a month give or take.

Any ideas to what could be causing this? Any ideas to fixing the coolant loss?

Fix ANY leaks. The Focus runs coolant at over boiling as normal, any pressure drop at all in the system then results in coolant boiling, which will ALWAYS find any leak path. If any overheat has partially failed the head gasket then give up until that gets fixed.
