Story time, so when my car had around 4k miles someones van popped into reverse and my door was open. Luckily it did not get caught by more than say half an inch. His insurance covered the work. I took it to #BrandonFord , I got the car back saturday and had to work the weekend. Today I looked over the repairs and lets take it easy when I say they are BAD. It cost an extra 200 dollars of " work" on the fender. Total cost near 1400 dollars.
For that price what did I win?
The fender is still bent. It's off in two or three spots. The door skin on the inside was not fully repaired. It also looks like at the last second someone noticed it wasn't all done because they used black touch up paint to cover some areas but still missed a spot.... They left a really bad scratch near the door hinge from whatever tool they used. My fenders have packs of foam or something for sound deadening, they left one if not more packs out. They left a bolt out of my moulding around my windshield wipers.
All this from a facility that they claim is state of the art.... yet can not fix a door and fender. Thoughts?
