Well yeah ryan. The light isnt on when the keys aren't in it.......... :p on a sîde note I need brakes and possibly rear wheel bearings......along with all the other work that needs to be done.

Sounds more like a valve spring broke than timing jumped. I've seen a handful of them break valve springs, and causes the damage you describe. If the timing jumped it wouldn't typically break the cylinder wall to get coolant in.
