Automatic. Interior has some wood grain, no engine installed but one is available according to the sign. It's owned by a shop near my house, they've had it forever. They'll prolly damn near give the thing away.

Could've sworn I seen one extremely similar on craigslist with a blown motor. Possibly the same car [dunno] I has no means to put a motor in

Yup same one. Idk how old that pic is because where it sits right now is where it's been for years lol. This shop has numerous old euro cars that just sit out front forever.

Its the one that was on xceed;
209k miles automatic, front fenders,hood were re-sprayed terribly and one has a nice dent in it. has really good shape OEM wheels with new toyo tires.
the front seats are pretty ripped up (although the foam is in great shape)
this one actually pulls "hard" it keeps up to my 330ci anyways....
Yup, for the price I knew the motor and wheels would be worth what I paid for the car.
goal is to part it out and wind up with a free m3 engine, although for the right price I'd sell the motor as well and just wait for another one of these cheap m3's to come along.
already got people interested in a few parts off it and I just put it on bimmerforums last night. Still amazes me how people go crazy over M parts.
seriously though, some new seat covers, and a manual swap and this would've been the best sub $2500 winter beater you could've bought.
Why? out of state shows are twice the fun because the drive is half the adventure!
Tempting! that would be perfect to drop the m3 motor into! except would have to sell the majority of the parts from the m3 first.

Ugh. GM coming in at 8 for a review of some test samples. Had to be in early to make sure everything was ready.. It already was before I got here. now I have 45 minutes to do nothing... oh well out at 4 today
