So can I keep them up on the runners with fouler's? Cause If I do it the way I drew it in the pic, where is my A/F gauge going?

I know it has to be past the collector, and I'm out of room on the flex, so would I put it after the flex?

Well if I can keep the 2 o2's on the runners with the fouler's, then I'll probably do that, and put the A/F in the flex.

IDK how much they really inspect it around here, but last time watching the guy on the camera, he spent a good 30 sec to a min looking in the engine bay?

Now as far as parts?

1. 2 flange gaskets - For flex pipe, and cat. No idea what brands are good?

2. Header gasket - no idea what to use? Stock?

3. ARP head studs - ???

4. Bungs??? Where to get em, and what size?

I also heard Tom say something about some being too tall, and will cause it to put the o2 too far out of the exhaust flow?

you wont need arp studs to install the header, stockers are just fine. save yourself the money lol

I just want to replace whats on there, with something better.

The stock bolts are all rusty, and I won't be surprised if a couple break when I go to take the stock header off.

After talking with pops, this air pump tube thingy is going to be a bit of a challenge if the one on the stock header doesn't come off.

Correct me if wrong, but the pipe on the header flange is blowing exhaust to the Vacuum, which gives it off to the intake manifold to heat the engine quicker, and the rest to the air pump, which sends it to the intake pipe/or CAI in my case.

So it just needs to sense a little bit of the exhaust to heat the engine, and not trigger a cel.

So in theory, just having one pipe coming off the header flange, would be efficient enough?

But would the blockage of the other port be harmful in anyways? Or would it just go out one of the runners instead?

EDIT: And if anyone has bungs, PM me, I have not been able to find my size on Ebay or Amazon.

Anyone know whether this is a good idea or not?

I'm having welding done in a day or two, and need to know?

In the end it would look like this.

Red line is air pump:

Blue line is upper o2: with a non drilled fouler.

Grey line is lower o2: with a non driller fouler, and driller fouler.

Black is primary o2:

Green line is A/F gauge:
