Didn't see one of these yet. I just bought mine but havn't actually taken delivery of it yet. It is a 2011 SES 4door in Blue Flame Metallic with the lighter interior. I'll be sure to update my post with pictures when I get it. When you post put your mods before your first picture so we know what you have done. Look forward to seeing everyone's car's and am really looking forward to actually getting my car!!

I am going to try and hit up EPO again sometime this week to get more supplies, think I am going to make at least one of each color at least. Only problem is they close at 6 and I get off at 5... and I would have to go out with rush hour traffic, so lets see if I can pull off a lunch run.

Velcro holds it plenty good to keep it from rolling lol. Just go to walmart they have a pack that comes with two 4"x4" pieces.

How long did she take ya? Also what is your level of expertise when it comes to do it yourself projects? I am thinking of doing it but am a bit nervous even with slammed_2.0's amazing how to. Looks great BTWretrofit. thanks to Slammed_2.0 for the great how-to.

You can do this all under 4 hours. It took me 4 days because I did this on a work day week (military). This was my FIRST retrofit i've ever done! Came out flawless.

Arg you bastards make it hard not to do a retrofit. It will have to wait a bit until I go through my current headlights but after they dump out I am going to do this for sure. Slammed, I believe you have the morimoto's, do those come with HID's when you buy them? If not going to go for the 6k DDM tuning HID's with slim ballasts. Also you mentioned to get a colored look on the light themselves (when the lights are off) the shields have to be painted.... any advice on how to do this/what paint to use? I would imagine it would have to be a high temp paint as I think [scratch] the shields get pretty warm but I may be wrong.

i have morimotos also. you can get them from trs as a complete kit. i never had hids in my stock headlight housings only the fogs. Honestly though without slammed_2.0's write up i would not have done it!

For the demon eyes look(red when lights off) you need to get colored aluminum and fit it right under the cut off shield. It'll appear clear when look dead on but will show color when looked at a downward angle. YouTube has many vids of this
