Didn't see one of these yet. I just bought mine but havn't actually taken delivery of it yet. It is a 2011 SES 4door in Blue Flame Metallic with the lighter interior. I'll be sure to update my post with pictures when I get it. When you post put your mods before your first picture so we know what you have done. Look forward to seeing everyone's car's and am really looking forward to actually getting my car!!

Speaking of individual looking cars I have pics of my car with it's newest mod. I know there are quite a few rides out there with this but I am the ONLY one in this color as they stopped the production of this color before they started making the bumpers.

Anyway my .02 on the whole car mod thing is if you like your car and are having fun with it then WHO CARES what other people think. Plastidip may be the new "craze" (I had a hand in getting that started [}
]) but it's a cheap way to get a look that you might not have liked to start with. As far as ricers go, they happen, nothing can be said to keep that from happening. If someone wants to do stupid things to a car that's there buisness, all we can do is make fun of them while they aren't around... [histerical]

I got pulled over for my window tint in Ambridge, PA. I have 20% tint on my car, and his little tint meter came up 16%. When I told him that was wrong he said, "I don't care, you're getting a citation anyways"
When he came back to my car he went, "what kind of Ford is this?" I told him, and he wrote it down. Then he said, "You're not getting a citation for the tint. You're getting it because I couldn't see inside your vehicle to see that you were wearing your seatbelt."
As I was leaving, a guy blew past us doing 75MPH in a 40MPH zone. And he did nothing. Cops are [
][][][][][][]s and don't care about the true people that break the law. Only the ones they make money on. Which he even said his boss gives him shit about tint.

Sorry to hear that. I was actually wondering if the stock tint actually cut down on light. That might explain the 4% extra that his meter read.
If you look at the windows (at least on my 2011), you'll notice that they're slightly tinted green, and in the corner of the window it says something like Ford Solar Tint or something to that effect.

But we talked about it at work today, and it all depends on the cop. I've been pulled over 3 times this month. Not once was I doing anything wrong. The 1st time was for my inspection being out of date. Okay maybe that's wrong, but I wasn't speeding, or doing something stupid. That cop told me that I have a very nice car, and gave me a warning.
The 2nd cop pulled me over for my tint, asked me what % it was, and i told him. He said, "okay, I'm going to give you a warning. have a nice day"
Apparently I just found the wrong cop today.

I did some research into tint laws and it says that the light going threw the window must not drop below %20, this includes both tint and the windows natural ability to block light. Chances are if you got %20 on your car (No matter which car it is) you are braking the law. Dumb? Yes, but it is the law, I don't like it, but what can you do (aside from getting %35 I mean). But the only time I was pulled over I had my windows down before the cop could get to the side of the car. It was dark and I wanted to make sure he could see into the back seat. Last thing I need is a jittery suspicious cop giving me the business.

Ah, no worries, just passing on some of the info I have learned.
I didn't even get a warning when I got pulled over, I was getting onto the freeway and was on the gas a little heavy to get over and a bike cop was 2 car lengths behind me on the freeway. Apparently there was a 700 GXR directly behind me on the on-ramp and he thought I was trying to race it....
Really?!
Anyway he didn't even get off the bike, just rolls up and asks, "Were you trying to race that motorcycle?" I said no sir and he says "Well it looked like you were swerving a little back there, don't do it again." And takes off, leaving me befuddled on the shoulder of US 59.

I really like the light blue color of your car.
As far as de-badge goes, to me the F O C U S in big block letters look out of place on the back of our cars. The old first gen and new '12+ Focus script letters look way better and flow with the lines of our cars better. just my .02c

dude that sucks i had a bethal park cop pull me over for tint, i had 15% whatev, i can see threw them when im outside, but i didnt get a warning it was remove the front side windows or pay 210 a window so 420 total, needless to say i removed it and then put it back on the next day and got pulled over again, same cop too lol, now im riding with the back windows tinted and the fronts not lol [rant]Oh I know it's not legal. I got a $111 citation. I'm leaving them on... If I get busted again, I will take it off, then take the ticket to the station and say "I took it off, i'm not paying this" It works. My buddy did it. Then I will go get 35% on my front 2 windows.
The worst part is you can see in my car perfectly fine with the 20% now.
