Negative thats a per person cost...I think they do 2 for 1 specials somewhat regularly though so thats how I arrived at the 800-1100 each cost. which when you consider Aku was considering spending $1100 for new star spec tires for the G plus another $600 ish for wheels its actually a bargin because the skills learned at a 2 day school like that would make you as fast as new tires without school.....and you can take the skills with you to any car you ever drive where as the tires would wear out in a season...

Star Specs and new wheels probably won't happen until the '13 season. I wanna try and run all of next year with what I got before I bother buying new tires/wheels.. and at that point if I get wider wheels I may as well spring for slicks.

Yeah I know tires/wheels wouldnt happen for a while I'm just sayin' its expensive but if you figure on avg going to the best summer tire is worth 1 second and slicks are worth 2 seconds and driving school also tends to be worth 1-2 seconds (probably more for us who knows?) then it makes the cost seem not so outrageous.

also by that math that means your car has another 4-5 seconds in it with stage 3 driver mod and slicks.

kind of makes me want to leave BMW more stock next year and do more driver improvements. End goal is to be one of those guys that you want to have drive your car so you can find out how much more you have left in the car..........basically I want to become Finky lol

Hence why I'm not going twins or built motor or anything

I want intake and exhaust for personal reasons of car sounding awesome, for street use and occasional street hooining. The power is a good side benifit. I really wanna get better at driving the car as is. Suspension and crap will also prolly not be till '13

have been busy trying to get caught up on work from missing last thursday and also figure out a plan for the BMW codename venom [rofl]

have to figure out if/what parts go on next year and what parts wait another year.

Do it.. There was one at the Auto-X yesterday. The guy was a damn good driver pushing it so the tires were wailing around each corner, he posted faster times than me and klod in the G...

Yup true!!!

also was poking around that apexspeed website looking at formula vee's and they range anywhere from $1000 to a complete roller up to $4500 for a ready to rip with trailer included!!!!

so.........we go halfsies on one?
