I agree I have been very happy with my service from alltel if not overly impressed with my latest phone.
It is nice to call customer service and be able to get the help you need, I also like that they dont treat me as if I know nothing of cell phones (actually know a fair bit about them and it almost got me in trouble once)
did you have an issue about 2 weeks ago with not getting any texts for an entire day? I thought it was odd that nobody texted me or responded to any texts for a full day then about 7pm i got 85 texts all at once

Whats so hard to understand, honk honk. I say what I say when I say it and thats what I say, and thats it. Its simple really.[confused] All of my posts except the one prior to this have been completely sober. Last night was a lil bit buzzed, [thumb] No smoky for me son. Though it could be fun, oh the possibilities? BUT ALAS I SPEND ME MONEY ON DAS AUTOS AND HAZ NONE FOR CHEEZEBURGERZZZ.

yea I did have some issues getting/sending texts and pics. Mostly between other Alltel or Verizon customers which is what they said I should expect.
I can upgrade in June..I don't need or want a "smart" phone, so I'll just see what's out there in a couple months. I been happy for the most part with my current phone, but I'll probably change just because I can.

I have noticed a bit of decline in my cellular reception since going from my razr to the smart phone................that could just be because I havent figured out how to hack this one and put myself into the top tier executive service level yet like i did on the old razr..........[poke]
also note to anybody that wants to try and do ^^^^^ make sure you switch the phone back to standard service before you take it into the alltel store! the reps get a bit pissy if they realize what you've done

My reception with them has always been great, actually. I haven't noticed any change in dropped calls or whatever, just the occasional issue with texting/pic msgs. I won't even look at phones now, because what's out today will be ancient history come June.
