ok i really hate the amber lights in my front grill. i always wanted to change them but im not sure what to do. before everyone send me links to web stores let me just say im working on a budget right now so if anyone knows of a cheap mod or has done one themselfs please post it here. im very open to any suggestions. thanks [ffrocks]

or if ya want a wire mesh look,go to lowes buy 2 pieces of stainless gutter mesh for less then $5. pull out your grills, lay um on the mesh, use a black marker, trace there pattern(leave about an extra inch so you can fold over, and trim),you can look at my photo gallery to see how it looks)

dont know about the wire mesh... not really my thing i guess... maybe as a total replacement, but even then.

If youre on a budget, or just dont feel like spending a buttload of money, the niteshades would be you best bet IMO. $12, you should have enough to black out all the yellow on your front end, and maybe even a couple coats on your tails. From the pictures i saw in the above thread, it looks really clean, "taking out" the turn signals and leaving the stock lines (which would match your lower grill as well :) ). another option would be to buy a roll of clink tint from walmart for a couple bucks and just cut strips to lay over the turn signals

dont do that. it looks cheap.

Very true man the right is the ONLY way. Good luck and DEF post pics. As far as painting the grille i have seen it done on cars that are not black and it looks really good. I would leave it alone until you have blacked your stuff out to see how it will look as i know it will look sick. Also might look into doing your side markers as that would look cool too.

Either way get it and do it right and then enjoy. If you really do like my how to and it will work for you (i know it did for me) hit me up with some Rep, i could use it LOL.
