Just bought a 2004 SVT off a good friend for $1600. Seems like a great car... he owned it for 8 years, just did timing belt, clutch and cv axles within 15k miles. Currently 116,xxx and counting.

tough little motor except for the one soft spot.. keep that TB belt changed every 100k and you will have a solid runner

oh i know i saw you mentioned that i was stating other then that "soft spot" that motor is tough =D

but yeah roam around the buy and sell area you will find plenty of cars and parts to fix your suspension woes..

i want to drop my sedan but uhhh pass on coilovers i would like to keep my ass, not split my seat like focus's are known to do or crush the nice buttwarmer in the driver seat xD

im not sure on the SVT, if i were you i would source a proper SVT suspension to make sure. i do know being the sportier model it would probably have a different stance and suspension setup

The svt has alot of different ways to lower.
i believe hes trying to reverse the coilover fiasco back to strut/spring setup on a dime
