i wouldn't do it either of those ways. you for sure don't want to run it at 1.2 ohm. but running two different drivers on different amounts of power (they yeild differnt amounts of power when in parallel) can cause a lot of problems. they will behave quite differently since they are two completely differnt subs. by adding anotehr of the same sub playing off the same freqeuncy and same power you would get 3db of increase, this is becuase the amplitudes (intensity) combine because they perform the same at the same frequncies, but when you have two different types of subs you have one sub that is weaker at certain freqeuncies and stronger at others, creating gains at certain frequncies that may sound like complete crap, or you could possibly get cancellation. I would only run the aftermarket sub, but that's just my opinion.
