wheel pressure measurements.please help.

I bought my Ford focus yesterday, and enjoy it very much!
Its showing up a sign in dashbord that wheelpressure is wrong.
We are normally 5 persons in the car, and I need an advice of what wheelpressure to choose.
one photo show the wheelpressure info of mye car, the other unclair photo shows the actual wheelpressure just measured.
Which of the measurements should I use? And is it the numbers at left that shows the pressure I need or the right one?

You use the one on the right marked 4-5.

There is no such thing as wheel pressure, it's TIRE pressure.

You need both measurements. The left 2 columns are for the front wheels, and the rear 2 columns are for the rear wheels. Use the 2 columns for the "4-5 people"

Be careful with that number if running cheaper tires, I have produced tire ruining delamination bubbles on some at 41 psi.
