What's up with my transmission (MTX)

Cruising back from Dan's (focuzed1) house with my new SVT goodies, my trans started acting up. Noticed a sort of grinding or metal-on-metal rubbing a couple of times, just hitting bumps and stuff. Actually I thought there was a stick or a piece of metal hitting the drivers side front brake rotor.

Got home, checked it out, didn't see anything. Put on my SVT airbox and cranked the car up to take it for a little ride, the grinding started at idle, and it wouldn't go into reverse. I finally managed to get it in gear and back it out of the driveway, it didn't actually grind when I stuffed it in gear. It just didn't want to go in. I got down the road 50 feet and tried to shift to 2nd, no luck. I stopped the car and it actually kept rolling just a little bit on its own, kinda like the clutch wasn't fully disengaged, still making the weird noise. The T/O bearing has been making noise lately but it always does that when it's cold outside. I've also noticed that it's been kinda hard to get it into 4th sometimes over the last week or two.

I checked the brake fluid level and it's full.

So, uh, what do I do? Change the trans fluid or something? I got nothing here.

on your trans you should see a little bleeder valve its twards the from of the car its easy if you have a buddy and a lift.... if no lift then two people and some jack stands and just pump the cltch and the crack the vavle tighten it up and do it again same procedure as bleeding the brakes but just pressing down the clutch and loosening the slave cylnder / throw out bearing its all one piece in the focus...

So I tried bleeding it and air just kept coming out. I need to replace the clutch master cylinder, it's leaking into the drivers floorboard and presumably sucking in air, what a pain in the a$$. No car for me until the master cylinder gets here.

The thing that gets me is that the cylinder has been leaking for over a year, and the clutch just starts acting up randomly now. Crappy.

I just got the full SVT header/exhaust from Dan (focuzed1). Also got a ride in his absolute beast Focus, it is INSANE even with the 307whp 'low tune'. I don't know who's tuning it yet, I will probably not get it tuned until after I have cam gears and possibly a 2k intake manifold. I should probably also wait until I get a TB...I don't want to spend the money to have it tuned a bunch of times. I'm shooting for at least 130whp when all is said and done, though.
