Vibration and Sound Problems

I recently had my car repaired, it was sitting for a few years with little or no use. When I drove it home from the shop I noticed the car is much louder sounding from the interior, and that the car vibrates rather rough. The sound and vibrations are prevalent at idle and under power. Neither of which were issues before the car had sat unused. There is now a check engine light on after a few around the block runs.

Any ideas?

Fuel pump assembly, new fuel filter, fuel treatment, and replaced the alternator. The old gas was removed and filled with new gas and a fuel injection cleaner from Lucas. The car did sit for a very extended period of time, all the filters and fluids have been changed.

similar situation with my one, tho it wasn't after repair, I just bought it this way
from outside it's ultra quiet, under the hood everything sounds normal... and then you get in to drive it and you feel like in a dragster, very low frequency sound that makes all windows vibrate like crazy, and makes all young ladies get wet.... but it gives me a real headake within a few minutes of drive.

afaik the motor was changed just few days before i bought it, so it may be the motor mounts. I was actually wondering if they did it right, since the oil probe sits so close and tight to cold air intake tube that it's hard to take it in and out without touching the tube (but i'm no mechanic so that's all i can see)

old gas... well i don't think so, I was told that after changing motor they used fresh gasoline and new oil, and it's been a week so already a few times I had it almost empty and refilled gasoline.
