To be honest, I drive a 1.8 tdci and had it mapped but not dyno'd. Still a custom map though so I don't know what my figures are. I just knew it would make a difference, and what a difference it made! I wouldn't go on what the figures are going to be, simply ask yourself do you need or simply want it faster, if so then a remap is probably the best bang for buck mod you can do!
