Torque settings and info....

Does anyone know of a place online that would have the torque settings for a ford focus zts cylinder head and other engine related things. I know i could order that haynes book from autozone or sumthin but id rather see if i could get it for free first. THANX

They are telling you to torque the cylinder head in three separate stages. First time around, go to 20 N-m, following the pattern shown for the 10 bolts. Second time around, same pattern, this time going up to 40 N-m. Third time around, same pattern, this time turning the wrench an additional 90 degrees i.e. 1/4 turn.

I totally agree with that. I am an AllDataDIY subscriber too. Nothing has broken on my car yet, but, I'm kind of an info junkie and I like the peace of mind knowing that I have access if I want it or need it. I've used my subscription probably a half-dozen times or more to answer questions on these forums.

Oh, and by the way, it's $25 the first year; every year after that if you renew it's only $15.
