Honestly, my car has it's moments but there are times where I wonder why they put the SVT on it. In my opinion, I think the SVT badge on the back should intimidate but it rarely does. I know I was always wary when I rolled up on a Lightning or a Cobra in my GTO but the SVT Focus just doesn't demand respect. It really should have come from that factory FI W/ 200+ HP. There are just too many non-performance oriented cars that beat it.
I'm very happy so far.

As for as the focus is concerned, the SVT is the best you can get. There will probably never (well..hopefully but probably never) be a better focus brought to our shores, so we gotta love them because of what they DID do..not because of what they DIDN'T do. For it's time, the SVT focus was the hottest in it's category by a mile. If they had gone FI from the factory, that would have brought it into the same category as the WRX and other's of similar stature. By keeping it at 170 HP they were able to keep it at the TOP of it's class, rather than the BOTTOm of another class...and that is kickass
that said..I sure can't wait to slap on a supercharger!!! I want more speed!!!!!!!!
